When engaging with STAGE Academy you are required to comply with the following program guidelines at all times.

1. No spamming: we ask that participants keep the STAGE Academy community free from unsolicited promotional content. Participants are involved to engage in the content and share relevant experiences. If you are considered, in the reasonable opinion of STAGE Academy, to be posting or sending irrelevant or excessive messages (spamming), or making excessive comments verbally, your access may be suspended or altered to prevent such activity.

2. No self-promotion: unsolicited promotional content is not permitted and will be removed from any STAGE Academy platforms if it is posted.

3. No Resale or Recording: participants are not permitted to copy or resell our content. You are also not allowed to record our content or event. Purchase of our course is for the named participant only and you must not share the content or allow others to access or observe the content without our express written consent.

4. Respect: participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect. Disagreements are natural but personal attacks or offensive language will not be tolerated. Feedback is valuable and we value improvement and growth but feedback should be given in a constructive, considerate and kind manner.

5. No bullying or harassment: we will not tolerate bullying, harassment or discrimination including hate speech and any form of bigotry. We celebrate diversity and aim to maintain an inclusive space where all participants feel welcome.

6. Privacy: participants are required to keep all information shared in our courses confidential. Please do not share information about others without their consent, we want to maintain a safe environment for all participants.

7. Focus: we ask that discussions be kept relevant to participants interests and the content of STAGE Academy courses. While it is okay to explore related topics we want to avoid unrelated or off-topic conversations and may be required at times to re-focus the group.

8. Reporting: if you come across any content or behaviour that violates these guidelines please report it to the moderators of the platform or notify us by email at support@vinhgiang.com. This helps us to ensure a positive experience for all participants and to ensure our community remains safe.
